Located in the heart of Center City, three former private clubs each located within one block of the other now provide beautiful, historic professional office space ideally suited to the needs of professionals and organizations.  The newest of these projects, the Former Princeton Club of Philadelphia, is anchored on its first floor by a wonderful, high-end California cuisine/authentic Greek restaurant from Los Angeles (scheduled to open 12/09). The Former Princeton Club is an elevator building featuring 21 gorgeous offices with conference rooms and other amenities on floors 2, 3 and 4.  All three buildings are located in the fastest growing part of Center City, near the City’s most important recent developments---Symphony House, Tony Goldman’s “Midtown Village” on 13th Street, and the revitalized Western Union Building condominiums at 12th & Locust, and the Jefferson Hospital expansion.
The architecture and furnishings in our office space include authentic tin ceilings, pillars, wide plank and hardwood flooring, oriental carpets, oak panels and hand-carved moldings, Moravian tile and newly upholstered, authentic antiques. Lighting is historic and dramatic. The buildings contain a total of over 15 fireplaces, many working.  One office building’s lobby (former Cushman Club) features a 150-gallon fish tank that is professionally maintained.  Another office building (Acanthus Building) features a high tech, large screen LCD HD monitor that serves multi-media purposes, including presentation of tenants’ websites to their incoming clients. Clients can surf a tenant's website or the web via wireless keyboard and mouse while sitting on the lobby sofas.
The newest project, The Former Princeton Club, will feature 3 separate entrances, including a new entry through a dramatic former squash court of the Princeton Club glass elevator.  An exhaustive and costly historic restoration and renovation conceals seamless modern systems and conveniences unlike any other offices in Philadelphia.  21 magnificent offices comprise floors 2, 3 and 4 while the first floor is occupied by a wonderful, high-end restaurant.
While the spaces are so architecturally impressive they have been rented as a set by the Discovery Channel and have been used as sets for two movies, they are also remarkably high tech in all their systems.

Office space rent is affordable with none of the usual hidden costs. Rent includes full access to lobbies, conference rooms, kitchenettes and restroom facilities. Included in the rent at no extra cost are all utilities, cleaning, cable internet access, the phone system including multi-line land phones (even voicemail setup is included), and all of the elegant and elaborate conference room and lobby furnishings. Tenants pay only a flat rent amount and the bill from their own telephone service providers (e.g. Verizon, Sprint, etc.) for their own telephone usage. Office rents range from $850.00 to $1,900.00 per month for offices that accommodate one or two people.
