Office space rent is affordable with none of the usual hidden costs. Rent includes full access to lobbies, conference rooms, kitchenettes and restroom facilities. Included in the rent at no extra cost are all utilities, cleaning, cable internet access, the phone system including multi-line land phones (even voicemail setup is included), and all of the elegant and elaborate conference room and lobby furnishings. Tenants pay only a flat rent amount and the bill from their own telephone service providers (e.g. Verizon, Sprint, etc.) for their own telephone usage.
